I'm Mubarakh Hayatna Khairy, a Backend Software Developer at PT Lautan Air Indonesia. Day to day I design database schemas, build REST APIs, integrate Single Sign-On and connect the Flutter apps our operations teams rely on.
Outside work I build my own products with the same pattern: a Laravel web app, a FastAPI service and an Android app sharing one PostgreSQL database. Coinest, Smartend and Scout Semaphore all grew out of it.
To me, a good backend doesn't just work today — it is secure, auditable, and still easy to change as the business grows.
